Challenge


While Ryan Aviation Group had a strong operational reputation within private aviation, the brand lacked a unified digital presence and public-facing narrative that reflected its values, service offerings, and long-standing industry leadership. There was also an opportunity to elevate awareness around RAG’s sustainability initiatives and philanthropic impact.

Dead Horse Branding was brought on to lead a full brand amplification strategy. Starting with a full website redesign our team designed a home for the RAG brand where clients could learn about RAG and book their trips. From there we reshaped all social media platforms to create a cohesive brand voice focused on trust, service excellence, and experience-driven travel.


In tandem, Dead Horse executed a comprehensive website overhaul, designing a user-friendly platform that clearly communicates services while telling the story of the people behind the brand. The new site emphasized seamless booking, transparency, and human connection.

Sustainability & Thought Leadership Campaign

Through collaboration with 4AIR, RAG implemented carbon offsetting, sustainable aviation practices, and educational initiatives designed to reduce environmental impact and raise awareness around protecting natural resources.


By pinpointing luxury travel, aviation, and national business outlets, the campaign positioned RAG as a forward-thinking leader in responsible private aviation.

Philanthropy & Purpose-Driven Impact


Ryan Aviation Group’s nonprofit arm, 333, partners with charities, nonprofit organizations, and mission-driven events throughout the year to drive awareness and create meaningful change.


During the 2023 Christmas Holiday, Ryan Aviation Group and Shania Twain joined forces for a dollar-match fundraising campaign benefiting Shania Kids Can, a nonprofit providing support and resources to children facing crisis and financial hardship.


Dead Horse Branding led a compelling press and social media campaign, driving urgency and awareness ahead of the holiday deadline.
